Add an exit or desk only when the passenger was told to look for it. Keep the direction shorter than the name.

Choose a template by name length and screen
A short first name can fill an iPhone in landscape. Long surnames, two scripts, and professional two-line layouts usually need the extra width of an iPad.
Keep a family name or hyphenated surname together when possible. If the name still becomes too small, remove the supporting line before splitting the passenger name.
